i decided a while back that i want to spend some time over the next couple weeks finding soups and things that i like eating. i really don't want to try to figure this out later after surgery. so i am trying various soups, pre-made shakes and snacks. i also plan on doing "liquid days" along the way. i want to see how hard it will be to not just grab some snack or treat during the day to eat. i also want to make sure that i have the right mindset.
i had to pass on doughnuts and cookies one day at work. that was no fun. i also can't just grab a piece of candy for a little treat. i think i will be fine. i think. :)
