4/19 - magnet fun

so, my grandmother has been in the hospital for a few days. i went to stay with her and we had to go for some tests. they wheeled her bed down to the imaging department and of course i went with her. but as we rolled up to the doors to the department i saw this rug. hmmmm... i know the metal in my mouth is not the type that is magnetic.

but i really had to think twice before i went in. haha

i have a lot of metal on board.

4/18 - another ortho appointment

no wire change again!! whoo hoo. i could get used to this. it's like my teeth are being nice to me and doing what they are supposed to do. like they know what's coming up in the near future.

they are so nice. :)

4/4 - WE HAVE A DATE

we officially have a surgery date now...
may 20th at 8 am
holy crap. it's for real now. paper work is being filed. appointments are being made. calls being made. this is something that i have been wanting, needing to do for a long time. i feel both relieved that it's actually happening and super scared at the same time.

now the roller coaster has that crazy momentum. like we just got to the top of the big drop off. you know that long click click click climb up that hill right before the coaster lets go and then BAM... off you go. into a wild ride of twists and turns. this should be fun.
